ESS Flash Tasks

All:
I am having an issue with a flash process that I am unable to identify..
My source server has two volume groups
My target server has the same two volume groups
During the flash process, I unmount and varyoff the two volume groups on
both the source and target systems.
I run the flash task
Then varyon and mount the filesystems on both the source and target
systems.
My problem:
On the target system, when doing a varyonvg to volume group #1 I am
receiving the following error:
0516-070 lqueryvg: LVM system call found an unaccountable internal error
0516-932 /etc/syncvg: Unable to synchronize volume group rdf1vg.
Notes:
a) After the flash process completes, the volume group rdf1vg is varied on
successfully with no stale partitions
b) I am able to run a syncvg with no errors
c) I am able to unmount, varyoff, varyon and mount (without doing a flash)
and I do not receive this error
d) The flash process itself completes successfully with no errors on the
flash task
e) I have completed a reverse flash on the system (with the same error
during the varyonvg for the target system) and the data itself is fine
f) using Big Volume Groups (no where near the 128 max limit)
g) export and import works fine on the target system
Anyone else run into an issue like this? Or suggestions on where to look
for a resolution...
Tks
Tina
