HACMP and /etc/exports / crontab

We have two NFS servers we are putting in a HACMP cluster of these to
LPAR's, HACMP is looking much better than it did five years ago when I
last used it, What has us stuck is how to handle the "/etc/exports" for
the two servers. For example, how to get Server B's filesystems exported
to the world when it is failed over to Server A. Understand that Server A
already has its own exports.
I thought that exports were created and managed and synchronized via
HACMP, but I cannot find that in the HACMP smitty panels. Best I could
find is what to do with filesystems on both Server A and Server B when you
cross mount them,
If the exports are handled by writing a start and stop HACMP ksh script,
can someone offer what they did.
CRONTAB
- Likewise, how does one handle crontab entries on a server when it is
failed over?
