nim_clients_setup -c error hmm

Any thoughts on the following error when running nim_clients_setup -c?
The piece to my cleints.def file, referring to Boca, is below.

I'm trying to install 5.3 onto boca from my nim master.
I can do mksysb's from my NIM master.
