I'm trying to install Samba 3.x on AIX 5.3 using Active Directory
(Windows 2003 server) to authenticate my users...

Anyone know what I need? I found on the Internet that I will need
kerberos... is it true? if yes how to setup kerberos correctly ?

Well you already have kerberos (AD is kerberos with a Microsoft
extension). You will need to create an account on AD for the Samba
service, and then from Samba join the AD domain. Sorry I haven't done this
in a long time, so details are a bit fuzzy - you'll need to google some
more on this, and maybe join a samba mailing list.
