I hate to be a R.T.F.M. type of guy here, but

That is the hardware infocenter. Bring up the service guides for that model.
These are pdf's. Then do a search with your Adobe pdf reader for that code.
That should point you in the right direction for identifying and resolving
the issue..

When booting up does anyone know what this
code represent on the display?

It won't even start the reboot process.
