monitor program for AIX 5.3

Aixers,
I'm running AIX 5.3 on a 9113 p5-550 box.
Does anyone have the 'monitor' program running at AIX 5.3? I've tried but have
been unsucessful. If anyone knows how I can get it running, it would be much
appreciated.
I downloaded the 'monitor' program from http://aixpdslib.seas.ucla.edu/packages/monitor.html
I uncompressed the file "monitor.2.1.9.tar.Z"
I then untar'd it and tried to run it. The following are the results:
