Can anyone look up this code? I tried looking in the Diagnostic Information
for Multiple Bus Systems SA38-0509 pdf.

You don't specify your machine type here, but since you mention 4Gb fibre
cards, I assume it is not a ISA/PCI machine. Look in the service guide for
the this model of machine. It should list the SRN and what to do about it.
