This is common issue.
We use TIMEOUT/TMOUT and screen saver on PC using GP (A domain policy
does lock their workstation).
Screen saver is great logical solution; however the human should be a
last line of defense.
I believe that your company needs to build Security Awareness and
Training Program.

Several users leave themselves signed onto our AIX Servers all night.
They go home for the day and they don't sign off.
These servers contain highly critical data.
A domain policy does lock their workstation.
From an AIX/UNIX System Administrator's standpoint, is that a securityissue?
