H80 5.1 to 5.3 : any performance issues after migration

I am migrating 3 h80's from AIX 5.1 to 5.3.
Currently these are database/data wherehouse machines,
( Sybase ) and are 40 to 50 % idle during production hours
Mon - Fri 8-6. We see about 7% yearly growth in
utilization.
Has anyone seen any migration induced performance issues
related to the 5.1 to 5.3 upgrade? The users would like to keep
the current hardware - DS6000 based - for the next 2 years
before upgrading .
