LED Error Code E301 on p43-150

Hello Admins,

I look all over for this error code and found something about memory but it referred only to E3xx. I tried pulling out one chip then replacing the one left in with the one I pulled out but still get the same error on bootup. I could not find any other reference to this LED code. Anyone have any other suggestions?
