Filesystem busy for umount

I need to determine what is preventing
me from unmounting a filesystem -
it is saying it is 'busy'.

I need this to do microcode updates which are prereq
for the AIX 5.3 upgrade.

Is there a 5.1 command to tell me who is using this fs ?
