Upgrade from 5.3 ML2 to 5.3 ML4 "gotchas"?

Hello,
We are considering upgradeing from 5.3 ML2 to 5.3 ML4 based on
recomendations from IBM. Part of the reason is that we're running JFS2 with
a 64 bit kernel and a couple of IBM reps said we should upgrade.
Does anyone know of any "gotchas" that should be considered first?
