Darryl,
I am not familiar with the AIX's implementation of the
CIF protocol (Windows NetworkFilesystem) which is not
free, but it is not possible to do that with samba,
however, it is possible to do it the other way around.
Also, Windows has a NFS server in what I believe is
called something similar to Windows Services for UNIX
package.
