Thank you, but that page only explains the syntax of the TZ environment variable. I need to *create* the GRNLNDST timezone in a Linux machine; is there a ready-to-compile zic file describing that zone or do I need to create it by hand?

Dear AIX masters,
Where can I find a zic-compatible timezone file describing GRNLNDST?
I must configure that timezone into a Linux machine and AIX uses a different configuration method (the environment variable TZ).
