Subject: HMC issues

I could use some help. I was installing an IBM P series server with a
Hardware Management Console configuration (HMC) with dhcp. By mistake, I
booted up the managed server before the HMC was configured and now the HMC
will not recognize the server to be managed. The managed server sticks on
a
hardware code of E000011 instead of the "01 N V=F" that means its
ready
for HMC discovery. The HMC management guide troubleshooting section
described flipping a jumper on the Service Processor Assembly board. I
performed the steps described and it still hangs on E000011. Does anyone
have any suggestions as to how to get this manages server connected?
