TCP connection problems after applying AIX 5.2-09 TL

I just recently applied AIX 5.2 TL-9 (from 5.2 ML-8; its hard to get used to the new "technology level" thing) to three servers. Since I've done that, my users have been reporting problems with long- running SSH sessions to those servers timing out, and SQL connections to Oracle instances running on these servers taking 3 to 5 times longer to connect then before.

Since nothing specifically related to Oracle or the sshd running on these systems changed, I was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences with this patch set, or any ideas on things to look at (aside from the obvious.)
