As I understand it, this isn't intended as a replacement for the HMC. It's
for those sites which might have one or two small p5 servers and just want a
couple of simple partitions, for whom the cost of an HMC would be
prohibitive. I believe that the HMC would be easier to use and offers a lot
more functionality.
