0611 /SPOT MNT FAILED error using NIM

* My AIX 5.3 NIM server has been working fine.
* I see this error on/in my hmc.
* It's the status for this lpar, just as NIM gets past the NIM
bootp process.
* NIM commands to clean/check verify my nim resources check good.
