Clearing Amber Warning Light

Clearing Amber Warning light

I can't seem to find any information regarding clearing the amber ! light just below the power light on a server. I first noticed the light when having a problem with a newly installed hard drive. I have installed a new drive and all is well. I cleared the error log and rebooted with no errors, but the light is still on. Is there a special command for resetting it?

Any suggestions?
