it happens to me every time I use a Linux box to
download the fixes, but there is no problem, once you
run the inutoc command, the table of contents gets
created accordingly.

Its actually kind of annoying, from my perspective.
I went and
downloaded the fix set to go from 5.2 ->
5.2-09-SP3, and used FTP to
get the packages. I wound up with 943 packages,
named "1.bff"
through "943.bff".
