Simply re-seating the drives and all the cables would be a good start.
I've known of problems which were fixed by replacing cables, simply
because that involved re-seating them and not because there was an
actual flaw with the cable.

I've had the same issue in the past and it ended up disappearing with a
cable replacement. Things like >90 degree cable turns in a short
distance
can cause issues. I would try to get the cable replaced and for good
measure reseat the drives.
