Hi *
After applying patch IY75214 on my 5.1.0.5 servers (with HACMP 4.4) I
get the following errors when I try to server NFS shares from them:
-------------------------------------------
Wbmdxdb01 / # mount towerqa2:/nfstest /mnt
Mount: 1831-010 server towerqa2 not responding: RPC: 1832-007 Unable to
receive; errno = A connection with a remote socket was reset by that
socket.
Nfsmnthelp: 1831-019 towerqa2: System call error number 10000.
Mount: 1831-008 giving up on:
Towerqa2:/nfstest
System call error number 10000
Wbmdxdb01 / #
------------------------------------------
I can see the remote shares with showmount just fine:
------------------------------------------
wbmdxdb01 / # showmount -e towerqa2
export list for towerqa2:
/nfstest (everyone)
wbmdxdb01 / #
------------------------------------------
A look at the APAR's content's show that it didn't touch any NFS
filesets.
I have other servers at the same O/S level that with the patch that can
server NFS, it's only those that have HACMP.
Nothing has changed in regards to their network configuration -
everything still resolves everything just fine.
These servers are able to act as an NFS client just fine.
Any and All help would be GREATLY appreaciated!!!!!!!!!
Thanks
David
