If in doubt, you could also set the TZ environment variable to reflect
the new change dates, which will make DST work right regardless of
whether you have all the patches on correctly or not.

If you don't have the APARs on, setting TZ will fix DST for you.
If you do have the APARs on, setting TZ is harmlessly redundant.

You have to reboot after doing this, anytime before this Saturday night.
