Dear sirs,

The on-line help in the "smitty" screen for manually changing timezone parameters states that, for the field called "Start Daylight Savings Day", that

"If the field is blank, the value will match that for the
United States, which is M4.1.0 (first Sunday in April)."

A similar remark applies to "Stop Daylight Savings Day",i.e., if left blank, the system assumes the defaults for the United States.

Is there a way to COMPLETELY disable that automatic default in order to avoid automatic start/stop of daylight savings time? Where does AIX store that configuration, into /etc/objrepos?
