xwindows, xterm,i have an aix5.3 machine that i need to have
enabled.have no problem when i
if i am in the same subnet as the machine, i
doto a machine in a
export DISPLAY=pc/hostname:0.0
xhost +
then i can use the xterm;
however if i try the same export DISPLAY but
display.different
subnet it complains about : cannot open
subnet only ?
do you know if the x11 works for the same
to do in order to getis there any configuration change that i need
xterm from
another subnet ?
you have to execute xhost +, on the x-windows server
(the machine who has the display) not on the x-windows
client.

esv.
