Hi John,

Some of my systems show the same behavior. Systems with SSA boot disks
show double entries, and systems with SCSI boot disks show single
entries. This happens on both AIX 5.1 and 5.3.

I don't know why this is, but it doesn't affect booting in any way.

Hello All,

Was wondering if you have ever noticed the following. I Just mirrored my
rootvg mirror process went fine. I added hdisk11 to my hdisk0. I ran
"bosboot -ad /dev/hdisk11" without a problem then ran bootlist -m normal
hdisk0 hdisk11. I then looked at the listing with bootlist -m normal -o
and noticed multiple listing for each disk. Any idea why this would show
up that way? Should I be concerned about bouncing the server? All other
output looks normal, such as "ipl_varyon -i" and "lslv -m hd5".

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
