my 5 Cents: If you're not satisfied with the capabilities of standard aix syslog daemon you can download an compile syslog-ng (http://www.balabit.com/network-security/syslog-ng/), works pretty well for me.

Currently I have be asked to send my syslog from aix
to another system
so say serve a going to server b
A server = 10.10.10.1 B=10.10.10.2
how can this be done
