Looks like you have the wrong version of rpm.rte for your oslevel. A
quick guess is that libbz2.so.1 is dependent on some version of another
shared library that you dont have. Find library dependencies with ldd.
Also, I believe that rpm.rte is installed automatically with AIX since
5.1 but dont take my word for it.
Try an older rpm.rte version or upgrade AIX.

Member libbz2.so.1 is not found in archive
Any hints, what is missing?
