Your not going to find anything quite like the old 370 PO, however, this is
a good place to start:

This is a three volume set, and describes the instruction set and architecture
for the P5 processor much like the 360/370 PO did.
As far as the I/O subsystem, that is pretty much distributed around to
other manuals, for AIX and Linux. One of the best guides I found in my
early days of AIX was the 'Writing device drivers for AIX'. Take a look
here for pretty much all the stuff you can lay your hands on:
