install gnu-tar on aix5.3

Hi,
I need to install gnu-tar on aix5.3.
the only gnu-tar that i have found (at bull-freeware) was gnu-tar 1.13;
however when i try to install it requires:
freeware.gnu.gettext.rte 0.10.35.0
do you know where i can get this fileset and install on aix5.3, and if it will asks
for something else when i try to install the gettext.rte?
