The MI parts are covered, the MD parts aren't. Besides this, FreeBSD on
IA64 has no linux support yet, and it's not very important at the moment
in Marcel's TODO list.
I don't think it's hard to do the IA64-MD part, it's mostly looking for
__GNUC__ and adding __ECC.
