    Hi people,

    I'm looking to create a display system but I'm stuck before beginning.

    I know pretty much what I'm hoping to create, and have the design
    concept mapped out, but it will be my first low-level project and I
    don't know diddly-squat about frame buffers :(

    Soooo... can someone please point me in the right direction to getting
    started with the frame buffer? Thanks for your time!
