Looks good. This may sound cheesy, but what about a 'stop' command in
case I want to temporarily 'loose' my hostid?
I don't really see use for such a command. I committed without it.
If you have a strong need for it, feel free to add it, but I'd prefer to
not just clear it. Before the script is executed, it's value is set to
00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.
