I have a PIII Processor, which version of FreeBSD is
suitable for my machine.

This is the wrong mailing list for this kind
of question. freebsd-arch@ is for discussing
architectural issues in FreeBSD. You should try
freebsd-questions@.

That said, the current released version of FreeBSD (6.2)
runs just fine on PIII machines.
