Has anyone got one of these cards working?

I plug it into my laptop with 5.1, cvsupped on
Monday or Tuesday (long week), and try to plug
    this card in.

It is recognized the card, but has errors and
    disables them.

    I also am trying a Sony DRX-500UL drive. It's
recognized in the built-in USB 1.1 ports, and
I'm able to mount a CD. Any chance burning on
it could happen? CD VCD and DVD +/- RW.

    Thanks,
    Paul.
