There seems to have been some regression in the interactivity of
SCHED_ULE since I was last measuring it. I'll send a follow up mail when
I have found and fixed the issue.

When running a kernel compile, there is a noticeable lag to echo my typing or scroll my browser windows, and playing an mp3 frequently cuts out for a second or two. ... (freebsd-hackers)
