if_ndis and suspend: no go

    Hi,

    having if_ndis loaded and running, I catch a panic in ndis_intr() when
    suspending with "acpiconf -s 3".

    Backtrace can be found at <http://mailbox.univie.ac.at/~le/debug.log>.

    I'm having the vmcore still here if I should look for something.
