    Thanx. At present state wrong (binutils one) getopt.h picked instead of
    system one, but really nothing bad happens because they are compatible
    enough.

    My binutils commit planned to be:
    1) Removing */getopt* from the HEAD
    2) Adding getopt* to FREEBSD-*list
