    Hi,

    I tried to 'make buildworld' with latest 5.2-current. It ends with an
    error: ------------------------------------------------ echo cvs:
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libc.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/cvs/cvs/../lib/libcvs.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/cvs/cvs/../libdiff/libdiff.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libgnuregex.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libmd.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libcrypt.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libz.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libgssapi.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libkrb5.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libasn1.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libcrypto.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libroken.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libcrypt.a
    /usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/lib/libcom_err.a >> .depend ===>
    gnu/usr.bin/cvs/contrib ===> gnu/usr.bin/cvs/cvsbug ===>
    gnu/usr.bin/cvs/doc 1 error *** Error code 2 1 error *** Error code 2 1
    error ---------------------------

    And my '/etc/make.conf' is:
    -----------------------------
    PERL_VER=5.6.1
    PERL_VERSION=5.6.1
    PERL_ARCH=mach
    NOPERL=yo
    NO_PERL=yo
    NO_PERL_WRAPPER=yo
    CPUTYPE?=i686
    CFLAGS= -O -pipe
    CXXFLAGS+= -fmemoize-lookups -fsave-memoized
    COPTFLAGS= -O -pipe
    NOPROFILE= true
    ------------------------------

    Maybe my make.conf has some troublesome option,
    say CPUTYPE?

    Thanks for all your help.
