    I'm trying to upgrade a TYAN Tiger K8WS S2875S from FreeBSD-5.2.1-p8 to
    5.3-BETA1-20040823.

It fails because instead of seeing the SiI3114 as ar0 (RAID-1) it sees two
    separate disks:

    ad4: 194481MB <Maxtor 6Y200M0/YAR51HW0> [395136/16/63] at ata2-master SATA150
    ad6: 194481MB <Maxtor 6Y200M0/YAR51HW0> [395136/16/63] at ata3-master SATA150

I don't think I should upgrade just one half of the mirror so I abort the
    upgrade.

    When booting 5.2.1-p8

    GEOM: create disk ad4 dp=0xffffff003b2f6aa0
    ad4: 194481MB <Maxtor 6Y200M0> [395136/16/63] at ata2-master UDMA100
    GEOM: create disk ad6 dp=0xffffff003b2f62a0
    ad6: 194481MB <Maxtor 6Y200M0> [395136/16/63] at ata3-master UDMA100
    GEOM: create disk ar0 dp=0xffffff0000d7fa70
    ar0: 194480MB <ATA RAID1 array> [24792/255/63] status: READY subdisks:
     disk0 READY on ad4 at ata2-master
     disk1 READY on ad6 at ata3-master
    Mounting root from ufs:/dev/ar0s1a

    When booting 5.3-BETA1
