Environment: 5.3-stable (26th Dec), KDE 3.3.1, firefox-1.0_3,1, aironet
350 pcmcia card with 1M/s dsl connection.
(the same with debug.mpsafevm=(0|1) )
Strange things: when I ftp(scp or cvsup) some files the net is used
around 80%, but when I launch firefox I can use the full bandwidth. I
couldn't believe it but it also negatively affects net performance when
I minimize the firefox window...
hm.
