    Hi,

if you're using the vge(4) driver and you're willing to test a patch,
    please do the following:

    1. Apply the patch located at:
       http://people.freebsd.org/~brueffer/vge_altq.diff

    2. Follow the instructions located at
       http://people.freebsd.org/~mlaier/ALTQ_driver/
to test the NIC with and without ALTQ enabled.

    3. Report success or failure.

The patch converts a piece of code to the ALTQ world order. Apart from
that, the driver is already ALTQ-safe.

    Thanks.

    - Christian
