another make buildworld error

hi,

another error occured. thanks jason for the tip, changing CFLAGS in
make.conf actually helped, but during the build process another error
occured:

any ideas? there are actually only a Makefile and a config.h in libmagic,
so I guess the magic file is missing at all (if it's ever been in there)
