I read "x11/nvidia-driver on Sept07 snapshot" in this maillist.
I have it trouble too.

videocard:
vgapci0@pci5:0:0:       class=0x030000 card=0x221b1682
chip=0x029210de rev=0xa1 hdr=0x00
    vendor     = 'Nvidia Corp'
    device     = 'GeForce 7900 GS'
    class      = display

This shows the 'vgapci' driver has attached to your card.

Is the nvidia.ko loaded before the kernel starts? (ie do you have
nvidia_load="YES" in /boot/loader.conf?)

Thank You very very much.

I loaded module nvidia manually :(

After adding nvidia_load="YES" in /boot/loader.conf
nvidia0 & nvidiactl present in /dev
and Xorg starting fine

Best Regards!
