    It depends on what do you want.

    ftp://ftp.cs.huji.ac.il/users/danny/tftpd/ was the fastest I've seen so
    far, and I haven't seend any ill effects with that. (using for PXE
    netbooting and for networking devices to fetch OS and configurations)
