Hi,
I'm working on porting "/sys/fs/devfs" to NetBSD, and I noticed that it
doesn't call "d_mmap" in "struct cdevsw". So is memory mapping of devices in
"/dev" not supported. Or is "d_mmap" called from somewhere else ?
