I would like to know if exite some header ".h" in FreeBSD so
that I can make a direct access to hadware in machine with C.

Style(9) and portability ... for FreeBSD is portable to other systems, ... it onto a header that encapsulates platform-specific ... on other platforms.... to be ported and therefore have more stringent portability... (freebsd-hackers)
Re: format of unformatted file?? ... it is not true that there "must" be some header or something. ... It is possible to put non-text data in a formatted file.... The above heuristic applies only to sequential files.... question might be direct access, then pretty much all bets are off. ... (comp.lang.fortran)
