g_vfs_done():da0a[WRITE(offset=94806016, length=8192)]error = 5
[...]

Any idea?

PS. I have more then 20 flash disks running fbsd 5.3 without problems.
I installed like 5 flash disks with fbsd 6x and all 5 show those errors.

No I've 6.1 and had 6.0 - there were and are no problems. Maybe something has
happened to your USB controller or something?
