Well, FreeBSD Developers' Handbook needs to be updated now.
No, kbdmux needs to be fixed so it works in DDB.
actually, atkbd(4) needs to be fixed to support "polled" mode :) however, this kbdmux(4) hack will, hopefully, make it work for everyone.
