I did a quick try with this driver and unfortunately it suffers from the same allocation issue as the old one. I talked to Gavin about this issue and I promised I'll provide him the pieces of information he asked when I have a bit more time, but I have a very busy period now due to the uni exams. The problem seems to be the same for both version.
